Property Consultancy Services Inc. (PCS) is a subsidiary of Altman and is the group's consultancy and development division. PCS is comprised of nine (9) real estate service specialists in a variety of disciplines who form a complete one-stop shop for many large projects throughout Barbados and the wider Caribbean. A core strength of PCS is its multi-disciplinary talent pool with extensive experience in working on projects of varying sizes and disciplines. Our core lines of business include: Business Valuations Hospitality Industry Consultancy Services Construction Project Management Feasibility Studies and Business Planning Property Investment Advice Accounting and Financial Services The PCS team is led by Terry Hanton who is the Managing Director of Property Consultancy Services.

Mr. Hanton is a Chartered Accountant who specialises in consultancy services to the real estate and hospitality sectors. Until 1996 he was Finance Director of St James Beach Hotels PLC, Barbados’ largest hotel chain, and oversaw the group’s transition to a UK public Company whilst undertaking major expansion. Since then, he has worked on a wide range of real estate and hospitality assignments and is currently a director of a number of property development companies. PCS' services are complimentary to those of Altman and the company has developed strategic alliances with development and marketing professionals which allow it to offer "a developer kit', which creates a one stop approach. The company presently project manages the Sugar Hill development in Barbados, Villas on the Green in St Lucia and Lime Grove in Barbados and is retained as investment advisor to the Fortress Caribbean Fund, a listed Mutual Fund.
